Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Years Old Lot is a highly coveted Kentucky straight bourbon from the world-renowned Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery, produced in partnership with Buffalo Trace. Made using the legendary wheated bourbon mash bill shared by the Pappy Van Winkle line, Van Winkle Special Reserve Lot B offers a mellower and softer profile, distinguished by caramel sweetness, oak warmth, and velvety texture. Its rarity, heritage, and refined flavor have made it a favorite among collectors.

The original 131 MAIN restaurant is located right here in Cornelius, North Carolina! The distinctive low country Charleston feel is obvious when you first step through the front door. The gas lamps, plank siding, outdoor dining veranda, fire pit and a full view of the open kitchen and hickory wood fire grill are warm and inviting.Your VIP dinner includes 3 appetizers, 8 entrees, 3 desserts, and $200 to purchase wine. A tour of the kitchen is included.

Crafted and presented by the Head Chef Son Nguyen and Master Chef Rifali Almunir, this experience is a seafood journey through flavor and technique. Each course is explained as it’s served, turning the meal into a conversation between chef and diner. It’s both educational and intimate—perfect for sushi enthusiasts looking for something beyond the ordinary. This experience is valid for up to 8 guests.

You will work with Chef Alex from The Peninsula Club to create an unforgettable dining experience in the Veranda.  You and your invited guests will enjoy five courses paired with a delicious wine chosen by the Sommelier. This unique experience is available on any Wednesday or Thursday evening and includes a round of golf for 4. 

Chef Tyree of Crisp Catering will create an unforgettable dining experience in your home for you and your invited guests (8 total). Each of the four courses will be paired with a delicious cocktail specially chosen by AK 31 Cocktails based on your menu.  Protein will be provided by the New York Butcher Shop. Meet the newest member of your family! This female puppy was born in mid-September and is current on all of her vaccines. It is estimated she will grow to be around 30-45lbs. Bernedoodles are known for being sociable, friendly with children and other pets, and possess a joyful, playful spirit. Please note, the puppy will not go home with the lucky winner the night of the auction. A time will be arranged for pick-up at a later date.
